  • Shipping & Delivery

  • The Baby Store Plus ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including APO/NPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    We process all orders one day each week on Wednesdays, excluding Holidays.  In the event that we will be away on any particular Wednesday, I will ship all current orders prior to our departure, then I will post our anticipated return date on the website, just below our header image.  I will then ship all new orders when we return, and resume regular Wednesday shipping schedule again.

    The Baby Store Plus occassionaly uses clean, quality, recycled shipping materials whenever possible to save our customers money and our planets natural resources.

  • If you receive any merchandise that is deemed to be defective, you must contact the manufacturer of that product about repair or replacement as per their policy.

    Since we are going out of business and are selling our merchandise at or below our cost, Refunds or Exchanges for any reason other than our fault, will NOT be accepted.

    If we have made a mistake with your order and you need to return or exchange something due to our mistake, then please contact us via email at anna@thebabystoreplus.com.  You must contact us within 5 days of the date your order was delivered to you.

    In the email include the following: (1) Your Name; (2) Order Number; (3) Name of item(s) that were incorrect.; (4) Correct item(s) that you need.

    We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know if the correct items are available, along with instructions for returning the incorrect item(s).  You will have 5 days from the date of our email to post mark the package to return the incorrect item(s).  Once we receive the incorrect items in brand new, unused, undamaged condition with all original product pacakgeing intact and undamaged, then we will either: send you the replacement items (if available), or issue you a refund of your purchase price of the incorrect items.  We will also issue you a refund of reasonable shipping fee's to return the incorrect items to us.

    No returned items will be accepted if we have not issued a Return Authorization number.  Any returned packages without the Return Authorization Number marked on the outside of the package will be refused and returned back to you at your expense.
